To increase or decrease the default font size in Google Chrome, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome Chrome menu icon. icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  3. Increase or decrease the font size by clicking the + (plus) or - (minus) in the Zoom section of the menu. The browser's default zoom level is 100%.

You can also change the default font size, as well as the default font, in Google Chrome by following the steps below.

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome Chrome menu icon icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  3. Select Settings in the menu.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings window and click the Show advanced settings link.
  5. Scroll down to the Web content section. Here, you can change the font size, choosing between Very SmallSmallMediumLarge, and Very Large in the drop-down list. You can also change the default font by clicking the Customize fonts button and select the preferred font.
